SCOTTISH COMMON LAW COURT
THE RAMOYLE HALL, BRAEPORT CENTRE, DUNBLANE,
11th JUNE 2017
Convened as a lawfully recognised Common Law Court on the 11th June 2017, the Scottish Common Law Court named and indicted the following Respondent for crimes ranging from a willful neglect of duty, malfeasance, a failure in the duty of care owed to the Pursuer, fraud and theft.
Respondent: Coral Hallett, Senior Manager for Carey Pensions UK
The Pursuer presented his Statement of Claim to the Court and having established a perfected Commercial Lien, requested the following:
1. That the Court confirm the commercial lien between the parties was perfected and
2. That the Court issued a Decree for Payment, which would enable enforcement.
After an extensive presentation and examination, the jury returned the following verdicts:
1. That the commercial lien presented was perfected, and accordingly
2. The Court issued the accompanying decree to enable enforcement.

The documents below are copies of the retained Commercial Lien between the above parties and the court files which were signed and entered into the Permanent Record of the Scottish Common Law Court, this court was convened on the 11th day of June, 2017 in Dunblane, Scotland.
This Commercial Lien was raised against the Respondent because of a complaint of fraud, While being guilty of fraud the Respondent was responsible for the following:
The Respondent had acted criminally and negligently in relation to the Claimant
The Respondent had breached her duty if care owed to the Claimant
The Respondent had breached the Claimant’s rights under Common Law and Human Rights
The Respondent is guilty of the following torts, Deceit and Misrepresentation
The Respondent is guilty of theft (failing to return the Claimant’s money)
The Respondent is also guilty of trying to enforce a fraudulent and unlawful contract
