Thanks Terry, I did, I had to break the lock but otherwise it was fine. I record everything and I mean everything. I also have the CCL notice on my car and will be billing them an additional £1000.

Do all you can not to have them. My daughter has aluminium toxicity in her brain from the vaccines. it has caused her liver not to function properly. I am now in the process of detoxing her body. Whooping cough is one vaccine I thin the child should have as long as it is on its own and not mixed in with others.

    Thanks for the info.

They cancelled my tax and then clamped me. I have the CLC notice on my car and gave them 1 hour to remove it. They didn’t so I removed it.

Do I need to write a letter to then saying I am taking ownership of my car. Is three a template anywhere.

    Thanks.

Well the council sent me a liability order without another court date. I wrote them a letter telling them I had paid the amount and they should take a closer look at their accounts. Six weeks later I got a letter saying they had found the payments and they will be waiving the courts fees. 3 weeks later I have received a letter from bailiffs saying that I still owe the money WITH their costs added on. So the council have handed it over to the bailiffs even though they sent me a letter saying it was paid.

Can someone advise me on what direction I can take this against the council.

    Thanks.

Ask them for the contract you signed with the water company showing that you agreed to pay them. I doubt there is one as they usually just send you an account to pay into.

    Hello,

I see you say only put your initials on your profile. What about the Birth cert? They can check it cant they?

    Thanks.
