The Common Law Court is now offering the opportunity for you to make a declaration of ownership for your motor vehicle, this facility is available for anyone that has recorded their birth with the Common Law Court.
The DVLA are currently required to retain records for all motor vehicles within the statutory system and they may continue to do so. The ownership records however, for all vehicles can now be transferred to the Common Law Court for entry into their ‘Book of Deeds’.
Unless the vehicle owner is using the vehicle for commercial purposes the enforcement of statutory legislation is unlawful.
