The proof of life page has been set up to confirm the existence of life.
This page will be used for expectant mothers to confirm that they are carrying a child and will give the expected due date for the birth.
By confirming the details of the pending birth, the expectant mother has also given confirmation that the child is under the jurisdiction of the Common Law Court and that after the birth the child will be registered for a birth certificate with the Common Law Court.
This declaration confirms that the state has no authority or jurisdiction over the child and that until such time as the statutory courts can materially confirm that they have a superior and enduring claim to that of the Common Law Court, the enforcement and use of statutory legislation against the child would be unlawful.
