| PUBLIC NOTICE I, Sylvestre Gnakale hereby give public notice that I have place a Commercial Lien on the property of Ross Maxwell McEwan, CEO of RBS Plc at 36 St. Andrew Square, Edinburgh, EH2 2YB and I am LAWFULLY able to seize goods and assets that belong to the Lien Debtor up to the amount of the Commercial Lien, which is £16,898,880. This Notice is to inform whoever may be concerned that the creditworthiness of this Tortfeasor is, henceforth, highly suspect, until the Lien lapses – or is, by some other means, removed.
