At present, your recognized record is a legal construct linked to you by the state, subjecting you to their regulations. However, by officially documenting your birth with the Common Law Court, you gain a choice: either continue abiding by the statutory framework and its regulations or align yourself with the Common Law Court’s jurisdiction and authority. Importantly, there are no fees associated with recording any details with the Common Law Court.
